I just started using Hand2Note. Here are my first impressions:

H2N is a new tracking software. And at the moment I think it might be the best one out there for both beginners and advanced players. For NL25 and under, H2N is totally free. So if you don’t have a tracking software yet, I recommend you to try this.  And for advanced players it is the most powerful tool out there for HUD & analyzing your own game or player pool.

Some things I have liked and disliked so far:

+ Software looks good
+ The import is super fast, handles large databases very well
+ Custom stats
+ Great tool for player pool analysis
– Doesn’t have as many stats made ready as HM2
– There could be more teaching material / tutorials

At the moment I’m building my own HUD and pop-ups. Creating a basic HUD is quite easy, but when I want to add some more advanced stats it gets a bit more difficult. Took me some time to figure out how things work. For example I created my own “4bet=premium” -stat. This is an existing stat in HM2 and that was one of the negatives I mentioned, I have to create many stats myself. But I don’t think it matters that much, being able to create custom stats is awesome. For example if I wanted to have fold to steal stats for different open sizings, I couldn’t do that with HM2 but with H2N I can.

By the end of the month I will be writing a more extensive review. And when I get my HUD ready I’ll probably publish it here.
